We are Graciela and Teo, responsible for this residence for girls and we are for help you. Our residence can receive only 16 students in this way we offer personalized attention.

This residence is equipped for patios with tables and chairs, semi covered solarium, living room with TV, study room, computer and broad band internet connections in all bedrooms (WI-FI).
The house has 9 bedrooms, 7 twin-bedded rooms and 2 singles. There is a bathroom each 2 bedrooms shared with 4 students only. Single bedrooms have in suite bathroom. Each bedroom has 2 beds, 2 wardrobes, a little table and a desk.
We offer a spacious and full equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, a fridge freezer, a big cooker, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, individual lockers, telephone, dishes and electrical household appliances.
The entire house has central heating, daily cleaning service in kitchen and bathroom. The cleaning in the bedrooms is once a week and we supply individual dishes, mattresses, blankets, bedspread and sheets changed weekly free of charge.
We have cleaning service in the morning and staff in charge between 5 PM to 7 AM. Cleaning service, cable TV, water, internet, telephone, electricity, gas and emergency medical attention are free of charge.
