ENTRY SYSTEM
To entry the residence, students will have to pay in advance two months corresponding to the first and last months of the year. This money is refunded in rent services.
If the student leaves the residence in the first six months, last payments will not be refunded, if the student leaves between 7th and 9th month will be refunded fifty percent (50%) of the last payment.
The students will enter in a conditional way during the first 30 days in an adjustment period, otherwise, the residence has right of admission.
This agreement expires on 31st December of each year, but it can be renewed if the student wants.

EXIT SYSTEM
If this agreement is rescinded, student will have to inform in a written way, in an oral way will not validity.
Check out between 10 AM and 5 PM. Administration will make inventory.

SECURITY MEASURES
1. This residence has a sector of the electric system with several thermal and magnetic switches.

Lightning of emergency: This system of lightning (10 lamps) is in passages of residence and in risky places as electricity switches, etc. If there is not electricity, this system will start to work 4 or 5 hours with 20 W lamps.
Manual Fire Extinguishers: They are in a special area in accordance with plans. They are:

Signs: the residence has a bright green poster of “EXIT” whit white letters and other bright posters with arrows made of a high resistance plastic showing in which direction to go out.
Smoke detectors: They are in each bedroom as they are placed in plans of fire brigade.
Stairs and uneven nesses: Steps have anti-sliding bands and fluorescent paint.
