1- The
APART
UNIVERSITARIO RESIDENCIA will
not search the students’ activities because
of this, we give keys (5) for leaving or entering
when they want.
2- The APART
UNIVERSITARIO RESIDENCIA will
not admit male people neither visits nor classmates
with the exception of their fathers.
3- The payment of the rent will be since 1st
to 10 th day of each month without exception,
from here there will be an extra charge of $5
for each delayed day.
4- The student is responsible for looking after
facilities, rooms and household appliances.
If they are broken or missing, students will
have to pay their respective value, in the same
way with furniture and clothes in each room
are responsible students of that room except
someone recognize to be guilty.
The value of each broken thing will be fixed
in the residence administration.
5- Visits: Students can receive visits, but
they are responsible for them. Timetable is
since 10 AM to 10 PM only in living room and
study room. To receive classmates must ask permission
from the residence administration.
They are not allowed to receive visits of other
students from 10 PM.
6- Since 10 PM there will be absolute silence.
Students must avoid loud music, noises, shouts
and the same between 1 PM and 4 PM. They are
not allowed to meet in the path, gate or near
to the residence.
Students must respect the residence with silence
and peacefulness.
7- The APART
UNIVERSITARIO RESIDENCIA is
not responsible for students´ missing
things or money.
8- The APART
UNIVERSITARIO RESIDENCIA has
right of admission. If it is necessary in accordance
with the cause, will be evicted in everyone’s
interest.
9- The administration will have to watch the
rented bedrooms if they want, in accordance
with the cause.
10- Students are not allowed to have pets,
bicycles, mopeds, motorcycles, skateboards,
etc.
11- The APART
UNIVERSITARIO RESIDENCIA is
not responsible for lacking of electricity,
water or gas when it comes from an outside main
pipe.
STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
1. Use electric
devices as heaters, ovens, and pluck equipment.
2. Take out or change furniture or devices from
bedrooms.
3. Iron in bedrooms, for this there is an ironing
place.
4. Stereo system or TV, only walkman personal
or discman.
5. Stick or nail posters, photographs, transfers
or stickers on walls, furniture, windows or
devices. If students want to put shelves, pictures,
etc will ask permission from administration
and it will be made by maintenance people.
6. Smoke in bedrooms. Only on the ground floor
and respecting non-smoking areas.
7. Write doors, walls, passages or common places.
8. Occupy a place given other student, even
though other places would be free.
9. All objects not compatible with security
and a good behaviour
The
bedrooms will have to be free and tidy without
exception the cleaning days.
It is forbidden to leave bags or luggage in
the bedroom when is cleaning service. The residence
has a place to keep luggage.
The cleaning is obligatory and the staff will
not go in the bedrooms if there are students
sleeping, having a shower, or if the bedroom
is untidy. The cleaning will be fulfilled strictly,
if it is not possible for several causes, the
administration will use the rights of admission.
Students will have to have their own soap, shampoo,
etc.
It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to drink or to have
alcoholic beverages, empty or full bottles and
containers will be removed immediately.
It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to use drugs. If this
happens, student will be expelled immediately
previous notice your parents, guardians or institutions
which student comes from.
